Home based Care

To provide psychosocial, nutritional and health awareness support to the vulnerable and wider community.

Assistance in dealing with long term illness and its associated psychological, social and financial impact.

  • Home, School and Hospital visitation for infected adults, youth and children and child or grandparent run households

  • Delivery of food parcels to 100 vulnerable households

  • Distribution of donated clothes and food to OVCs and some needy households,

  • Psychosocial support and counselling for vulnerable children and adults in households,

  • A support group for people who are infected and affected, to assist in rebuilding lives

  • Pastoral support for vulnerable children and households,

  • Social services and government grant assistance to vulnerable households, households, (incl obtaining birth certificates, ID documents, Passports where required)

  • Ongoing identification and developing of a database of AIDS orphans to accumulate accurate, meaningful information to be used for future initiatives
