Work 4 a Living Training:
A work readiness skills development programme directed at school leavers, unemployed and other adults, where we train them in CV writing, interview and job search skills, understanding of corporate culture, the pitfalls of a poverty mind set and entitlement attitude, basic business skills introduction, budgeting and work ethics Graduates are put forward for interviews and several have found employment Work 4 a Living has expanded its offering by introducing an e café concept, which allows users to register for a wide range of online work readiness skills-based courses and learn
at their own pace.
Financial literacy and budgeting:
Adhoc workshops on budgeting and other financial skills are run by private financial institutions
Enterprise Development:
An entrepreneurial programme focusing on mentoring and training of a group of entrepreneurs as part of the JWCC Enterprise Development Project with the ultimate aim of developing entrepreneurs and creation of potential employment opportunities
